Once you understand the concepts, it's very flexible and capable. A visual builder is on the roadmap for the first half of this year.
2. **Lead Scoring:** Not a dedicated lead scoring feature, but you can absolutely build this using Custom Fields and Automations to track and update scores based on actions.
