Q: Security for PII?
I am a tax professional. I am locked into TaxDome for three years, but I would consider purchasing this now and starting to replicate everything I need, provided the security level meets IRS and SOC2 requirements. Even though I am not in healthcare, I try to find products that actually meet HIPAA requirements.
I'd also love to see a comparison chart for SD vs. TaxDome, Financial Cents, Canopy, and Karbon, which dominate the Tax Professional market for CRM+Portal+Automation.

Great questions - security is something we take very seriously.
**Security & Compliance:** Yes, we are HIPAA compliant, and we follow industry best practices for data protection and handling sensitive information. You can review our full security overview here: https://suitedash.com/security-overview/
I'd recommend reviewing that page in detail to see if it meets your specific IRS and SOC2 requirements. If you have specific questions after reviewing, feel free to reach out to our Help Team.
**Comparison Chart:** Sorry, but we're not able to make comparisons with other apps as we don't watch or keep track of other apps. It just wouldn't be worth trying as, by definition, it would be uninformed. What I can tell you is that SuiteDash is a true all-in-one platform with CRM, Client Portal, Project Management, Invoicing, Proposals, Document Signing, Automations, and much more - all deeply integrated and fully white-labeled.
Given your timeline, purchasing now and building out your workflows over the next couple of years while you're still locked into TaxDome is actually a smart approach. Many of our users do exactly that - take their time setting things up properly before fully transitioning.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
Mike
