Q: SMS, Phone, AI
Can we send/recieve sms and make/receive phone calls with SuiteDash? Any plans to incorporate AI into the CRM?

Jan 22, 2025A: Hi there, you can configure outgoing SMS with our Twilio integration, but currently there is no 2-way SMS or any phone call integrations.
Yes, we have already been working on several AI based features, but there is no timeline as to when those might be available or even announced.

So they can't text back, and the CRM record the reponses it seems?

That's correct. We do have plans to add this capability, but again it would be tied to your Twilio account and the expense for the SMS messages would be on your side.
