Q: Speed Improvement questions...
1. There was a lot of concern around page load speeds in the past and the negative affect if could/would have on the client experience. Has this been improved from, let's say, 2023?
2. How have you addressed scaling instances so that no matter the workload involved, a workspace will never take more than a second to load a page if a user/client is on a 1, 2, 3 or even 8 gigabit Google Fiber connection and is accustomed to incredibly fast file transfers and page loads?
3. For data heavy workflows, are we able to augment our storage limits via Google Drive, Dropbox, or other cloud storage solutions so that our 'all-in-one business software' scales with us over time?

Great handle btw 👍
1. Yes, we've made significant progress on performance over the last year or two and continue to invest heavily in infrastructure and optimization. Our future plans revolve around an ever-increasing low/no reload architecture to make the experience even snappier.
2. We're always working to improve load times, but I can't make guarantees about specific millisecond benchmarks. What I can say is that performance is a top priority and we're continually optimizing.
3. We don't have direct integrations with Google Drive, Dropbox, or other cloud storage solutions. However, you can absolutely direct link to resources stored on those platforms. You could store your larger files on an outside cloud storage solution and then use a Button or direct link in a Dashboard or Portal Page to provide access to your Clients. These links can be conditionally displayed (for example, only after a purchase or when certain criteria are met), giving you full control over when and how Clients access those resources.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
Mike
