Q: suitable for e-commerce?
Is your software suitable as a CRM for an e-commerce site? Can it manage products, inventory, etc.? Or is it primarily designed for agencies?

Thanks for asking - I want to give you an honest answer here.
SuiteDash is primarily designed for service-based businesses - agencies, consultants, coaches, professional services firms, and similar. It excels at managing client relationships, projects, proposals, invoicing, client portals, and automations around those workflows.
That said, we do have a powerful Checkout Form system that allows you to present multiple options with dependencies, and a full spectrum of Items, Packages, Add-Ons, and Bumps. This gives you a lot of flexibility in how you present products and services to your customers, and you can build some sophisticated purchasing flows with it.
However, it's not the same as a full e-commerce setup with inventory management, product attributes, variants, stock tracking, and the typical features you'd find in platforms designed specifically for e-commerce.
If your business is more service-oriented or you're selling digital products, courses, or packages without complex inventory needs, SuiteDash could work very well. But if you need traditional e-commerce functionality with inventory and product management, you'd likely need a dedicated solution for that side of things.
Hope that helps clarify!
Thanks,
Mike
