Q: Twilio Integration for Call Tracking
Hello, I'm in the process of switching from GHL to SuiteDash and I LOVE the potential here!
I noticed the Twilio integration seems to focus primarily on SMS. But call tracking is a huge proponent to sales data tracking and proof of results for our clients.
How hard would it be to include call recordings in each client, prospect, etc. conversation, via the Twilio integration?

Sorry, there is no functionality that matches what you describe, but let me ask a few questions to clarify.
You already use Twilio for calls? or you would need SuiteDash to make/take/record calls via the Twilio integration.
Our Twilio integration is around SMS... we would have to build specifically for any other functionality that they offer, so it's not something that can be easily added.

Yes I'm switching to SuiteDash from Go Highlevel.
They have a Twilio integration for call tracking & a dialer.
Within the site I can set up call forwarding, buy numbers, set up number pools, and view reporting (total callers vs. first-time callers within the designated time period,) etc.
Each call recording is stored in the conversations view w/ the SMS convos. Can also answer call in-app.
This also allows for workflows such as, if there's a missed call I can immediately respond with a text message. Can also schedule VM drops, etc.
But being able to store call recordings for each prospect/client in the conversations view would be highly valuable to our sales process.
