Here’s what I’m trying to do. Can you confirm if suitedash can do this.
I have 150 staff visiting clients.
Each client we need them to get info in a digital form, the clients name, (perhaps the staff members name if I can’t grab that independently), date of service (again if that can't be grabbed independently), clients address, what was completed, any issues to report and then a client authorised signature if available to do so.
We then need that information to be able to be extracted into csv or equivalent so it can be matched against each staffs calendar of clients to confirm the work was done and the correct hours, and potentially as a pdf or equivalent so the signature can be attached to invoices, along with what was done and any issues reported.

Can suitedash do the above?
