We are nearly complete on a data portability feature that will give you the ability to export all the data and files in your account. The download will be two ZIPs, one for db, and one for files.

Be aware, that the data will just be a 'doomsday' type backup, not a backup file that can be used to upload or easily replicate your account in some way.

But, the data/files will be there to extract the important data from if you should need to do that.

As far as backups that are needed to restore your account on our servers in the case of some issues there, we are imaging/backing up the servers/dbs many many times each day, and those backups are safely firewalled & replicated to guarantee we'll always have those if needed.
