Q: What is the level of support you can expect if you purchase this without your VIP package...

Ok, thanks for the reply. I'd like to understand this situation because it's extremely unusual - our process is very efficient and effective.
Please email help@suitedash.com and CC: mike@suitedash.com with a message that just says "Following up - Christian from AppSumo" and that will be enough for me to have your email and track your previous tickets. I don't want to ask your email here in a public forum, so let's continue in the way I just suggested.

Mike. I have forwarded the emails to the emails you suggested below.. the original emails were already going to help@suitedash.com ... I appreciate you getting involved. But, I my concern is that this is just while this campaign is running. I had shelved this as we were not getting replies. The ongoing concern will be that we return to not getting replies after the campaign is finished.... We can not have a client facing toolset without support.
