Guests (Clients) are unlimited and free - they do not count toward the Staff limit.

The Staff limit (3 on Tier 1) only applies to your internal team members - employees, admins, contractors, etc. who help you run your business.

We don't have "Guests" as a concept in our platform, so it's not possible to give a perfect answer since it's hard to know how that term works in your thinking.

Short answers. You can invite as many Clients to your portal as you want, no caps, no extra fees, regardless of how many codes you have. Staff is limited based on # of codes.
