I’m reaching out to suggest a WhatsApp integration, as it would be a game-changer for your international user base like me in the UK
While it’s less common in the US, WhatsApp is the primary business communication tool here in the UK and across Europe, India, and South America. Beyond its popularity, the engagement is incredible—WhatsApp averages a 98% open rate compared to the 20% typical of email.
Integrating it would allow for high-impact workflows like:
Instant Notifications: Sending automated alerts for new invoices or contracts.
Appointment Reminders: Drastically reducing no-shows with mobile reminders.
Two-Way Chat: Meeting clients where they already are while keeping the conversation synced to the portal.
Adding this would be a massive win to increase client responsiveness
