Hi Mike, I see there have been a few other requests within the questions and reviews pages for having call functionality with Twilio, but they were about two years ago. Since you already have Twilio integration for outgoing SMS, would there ever be a chance you could add Twilio functionality for outbound calls (i.e., a built-in dialer of sorts like close.com)? This would be a game-changer, having it on one platform alongside everything else your powerful software can provide. Thank you for your response!

Yes, this is something on our radar, but I can't guarantee it and can't provide a timeline.
I understand it's been on our radar for a long time, but I'd ask you to consider that because we are an all-in-one platform, it means we can expand in dozens of different directions - and each of those areas can bring value to some portion of our customer base. Our approach is to listen to the community and respond to what seems to be the highest consensus items that can bring the most value to the most people.
That doesn't mean this doesn't fit in that category - it just means we haven't yet prioritized moving in that direction. It's something we hear only occasionally, so that is part of it also.
That said, your message here counts as a vote and it's heard. If this is important to you, I'd also encourage you to make your voice heard in our community and voting system. The more we hear about a particular need, the more it factors into our prioritization.
