Q: New UI: How to get rid of the Magic Link to use normal Login?
I am an early LTD user (Sep 30 2022) but can't update my review and therefore just wanted to share two things with you here:
1. How can I login normally using email + password? (Magic Link is super annoying) 2. I highly recommend to not artificially limit API access. Here is why (simplified):
► Integration / Automation drives consumption. ↳ Consumption is key for steady MAU and to grow potential for upsell literally for free. ↳ Side effect: Reduced Churn + lower CoS.
► Risk of Breaking rather supporting Automation: ↳ Churn. Even Toilets are connected these days & people expect things to integrate / support whatever workflow THEY want.
► If at all: ↳ Consider Rate Limiting instead.
No offense. Just an advise based on my experience after having helped to shape & grow quite "some" Startups for one of the largest Accelerators.
We brought in the login with password after initially only having the magic login, if you wish to set a password, do the password reset flow and this will allow you to setup a password for the first time.
Thanks for the feedback regarding the API. We've done quite a lot to actually bring the API in line with the actual web app now and the credits are interchangeable across both the web app and the API with images made with the API also showing in an individual user's own web app dashboard.
Thanks. Re. "API" I am not sure, you got the point. If I got it right from reading in between comments, you make the API Available only to users at Tier 3 which I believe is wrong for the reasons shared initially.
Oh, sorry. I didn't grasp your meaning then on that. It is an upsell to gain access, likewise for our subscriptions it is available for the Master plan holders and not the Apprentice. From a business perspective, it makes sense for this to have it on a higher plan and that won't be changing.
Q: Lifetime deal already purchased
Hello, I already have the lifetime deal. Should I buy it again or do I have to?
A: If you already bought the lifetime deal, you can use Supermachine all you want up to your credit limit. If you wanted to add additional credits, then buying a stack of codes will add 1,000 each time up to a maximum of 5 codes (5,000 credits) total.
We are on the timer countdown from Appsumo and will be leaving Appsumo once this timer ends so the choice is yours, if you are happy with your current credit limits from your existing purchase, super! if you want more, you have about 15 hours as of writing this.
I bought the new lifetimedeal but the redeamcode doesn't Work. Just sent this problem also to the direct Chat from supermachine.

I'm unfortunately a bit confused. Do I have the ability from level 3 onwards to also use our 3000 credits for the API, or do we need to acquire additional credits?
A: Hey there, you need to buy 3 or more codes to use the API. Your credits on your account can be used for either the API or through the web application (providing you have bought atleast 3 codes).
They are interchangeable and using from the api will remove from the web app remaining credits likewise using from the web app generations will remove from the api, it is the same underlying credit system. There isn't any difference in the credits, you just have the one bag of credits to pull from whether it be api or web app usage.
Q: Which models work with the "precision text" feature?
Hi, which models work with the "precision text" feature? I tried like 10x random models just clicking through the list and only 1 (Shuttle Diffusion) was able properly add the English "quoted" text.
