Q: Whatsapp integration

Hello
I have a few questions about WhatsApp:
1. Is it possible to make WhatsApp calls directly through Support Board?
2. Can I send and receive voice messages via WhatsApp?
3. Can I continue to use my existing WhatsApp Business on my phone while using Support Board?
4. Is it possible to assign different roles or permissions to my employees, so that team members have restricted access based on their role? For example, the role that prevents anyone from deleting WhatsApp messages.

Q: Tier 4 - unlimited for clients?

Hello. If i buy Tier 4, can i install this for my clients in their website and for unlimited clients all white labelled as there is unlimited agents? Is there just 1 dashboard to control all installs or can they all be separate?

Q: Whatsapp with Open AI, Dialogflow, G Calendar and Tidycal

Plan 4. I need a Chatbot setup with WhatsApp API + Tidycal for bookings.
Configured AI section; activated OpenAI APIs. Had valid WhatsApp API number, activated per procedure.

Q: Overages

If one exceeds the message per month limit that is on the tier they purchased, can there be an automatic process that charges for overages? How much cost for overages? Can it revert back to the AppSumo tier plan for the following month in case that next month does not get overages?

Unfortunately, that feature isn’t available. If you reach your quota, you’ll need to either wait until next month or upgrade to a higher plan.
Please note that users will still be able to send messages even if the quota is exceeded, but you won’t be able to reply.

Q: Train Chatbot

My use cases are
1) Allow customers to use a widget to get answers which will be trained by PDF documents or web pages i provide. This will be a knowledgeable and not Ai chatbot.
2) If an agent is required by the customer then a human will answer and reply.
3) knowledgeable is written by humans - not made by Ai

In my use case where would OpenAi come into play? I want to avoid variable costs.

AI will be involved and you cannot avoid variable costs sorry.
