Hi! I wanted to ask if, after integrating WhatsApp and activating the bot, it’s possible to connect the AI agent in SupportBoard to an external automation flow. Personally, I use Activepieces and I’d love to combine the two.
Ideally, SupportBoard would handle the WhatsApp integration, the embedded AI agent, and the agent handoff (which is essential for me), while the logic or “brain” of the conversation is partially managed by automation flows I create with Activepieces.
For example: I send an automatic message via WhatsApp asking, “Would you like to book a trip to Ibiza?” If the user replies YES, I’d like Activepieces to trigger a specific flow that suggests available hotels—retrieving them through a FIND-ROWS step in the automation.
And Is there WhatsApp human handoff and how is it exactly handled ?
While you can connect them via Zapier or API/Webhook, it will be difficult to have an integration as advanced as the one already provided by OpenAI. Also it is a huge work.

Hi. We have google workplace for our support team for email, but I dont see in the docs or in the settings some place for the oauth that it requires, and in the description of the plans I dont see wich is the limit for uploaded files, and in that regard, can we add our S3 to host these files..?
For Google Gmail and Google Workspace emails, you need to replace your Google password with a Google app password, details on https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833 (Create & use App Passwords section).
The current limit is 20MB
You cannot use your S3.
Mind that with the PHP version you can use your own S3 and set your own limits as it is installed on your server. If you have further questions don't hesitate to contact me.

I'm sorry, I hate to be dense, but this is my first foray into chatbots. Is integrating with LiveChat and OpenAI a possible enhancement or is it required to bring your own AI to power the system?
Basically, do I need to be paying an AI service for this to run, or as long I we remain under the limits, there's no additional cost to do something like this?

So that I can make an apples-to-apples comparison, I assume that, generally speaking, any AI driven Chatbot solution on AppSumo would require a separate OpenAI cost or is there something special that you are doing?

Hi I’m looking to customize this to my own needs since I want to make a chatbot for onboarding clients so they answer certain questions. Is this possible with this chatbot? And do I need to pay for my own API integration?
Hello ive been tryng to make my support board work, first of all I know I´m on the learning curve and Iam willing to make it happen.
I Have many issues it all started telling me that my credits runned out, but how? I had it with Open AI appi key and an assistant, also now that I payd 5dlls credits it seems to be using credits without any reason.
How do I know this?, well after it told me to pay for credits and I did it stills not recive any conversation like before, it doesnt response or recive anything on instagram or messenger, wierd!
Also Ive been having problems since the beggining setting up a whatsapp channel.
its difficult to understand your knowledge base, can you please help.

Yes all other services are the same. They do not pay for your OpenAI usage.
