Our site is a private resource for employees to access forms and information. We are interested in leveraging AI to answer questions from our staff about information on the site and in some of our PDFs. However, we do not want this information to be public-facing. Is there a risk of this information becoming public, and would the Support Board work on a private WordPress site?

Support Board use OpenAI for automatic training. You should check OpenAI if you are concerned about privacy. I'm not sure the cloud version can work on a private site, you should check with a free account first. The PHP and WP version will work on private site.
