Q: Can I use it on framer ?

Hi
1) Can I use this on a site built on framer.com ?
2) How are messages number calculated ? If in a chat a user sends me 5 messages and my chatbot replies with 3 and I reply with 4 more , will that count as 12 messages under the limits ? Or the whole conversation will be counted as one message ?
3) Do you provide a widget with apps of our choice listed within it like WhatsApp et al , so that a user can click it and get redirected to his personal WhatsApp , telegram et al and continue the conversation ?
4) What modes can I train the chatbot ? I mean with PDFs , text , video , etc … what are my options media wise to feed data to the chatbot ?
5) What Options can be given to the customer to be redirected to me if chatbot doesn’t have the necessary answer ?
