Hi! I wanted to ask if, after integrating WhatsApp and activating the bot, it’s possible to connect the AI agent in SupportBoard to an external automation flow. Personally, I use Activepieces and I’d love to combine the two. Ideally, SupportBoard would handle the WhatsApp integration, the embedded AI agent, and the agent handoff (which is essential for me), while the logic or “brain” of the conversation is partially managed by automation flows I create with Activepieces. Hello ive been tryng to make my support board work, first of all I know I´m on the learning curve and Iam willing to make it happen. I Have many issues it all started telling me that my credits runned out, but how? I had it with Open AI appi key and an assistant, also now that I payd 5dlls credits it seems to be using credits without any reason. How do I know this?, well after it told me to pay for credits and I did it stills not recive any conversation like before, it doesnt response or recive anything on instagram or messenger, wierd! Also Ive been having problems since the beggining setting up a whatsapp channel. its difficult to understand your knowledge base, can you please help. thanks!
