Q: Can people submit a ticket without registering—just by filling out a form and clicking submit?

Is the front end available in other languages?

Let’s say one of our customers submits a ticket in Spanish or French. Our agents would receive the message in the original language, correct? Your app wouldn’t automatically translate it into English, right?

Can we disable the AI reply feature?

1. Yes. The Registration form is optional.

2. Yes. All major languages are supported. Please check https://board.support/more-features?cloud#multilingual

3. The message can be translated automatically in both ways. Check https://board.support/support?cloud#translations and https://board.support/users?cloud#language-detection

4. Yes, you can disable the AI chatbot, it is optional.

Yes sure, it is disabled by default, same for the chatbot
