Yes, you can do it via the Dialogflow chatbot. Dialogflow is free to use and ChatGPT can be used only if Dialogflow does not know the answer to the question.

I was asking where, even before the customer hits enter for the query - they start seeing the relevant articles from the self service portal.

It may be beneficial to consider a different approach to support. Instead of relying on articles, a chatbot solution could be implemented to directly answer user questions. This would eliminate the need for users to search and reference articles.
