Q: Can we create simple Q&A chatbots without using AI?
Some of my chatbot projects don't require AI and only need basic Q&A. Can I do this with Support Board? Or is AI required to create a chatbot in Support Board?
How many apps (Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) can we connect? Are we limited to one each? Or we can connect mulitple accounts for each? Like 3 under Messenger, 2 under Whatsapp, 3 under Viber, 2 under Telegram, etc.

I confirm OpenAI is required to create any type of chatbot, including basic Q&A.
You can connect unlimited Messenger pages, WhatsApp number, Telegram bot channels. Currently you can connect only one Viber number.
