how do we feed the bot with our company info, like FAQ to our services etc? how long does it take to get that set up?

To feed the Support Board Cloud bot with your company information (such as FAQs, services, policies, or internal documentation), you can use the built-in AI training features available in the platform.
You can provide content in several ways:
1. Knowledge Base / FAQ entries created directly in Support Board.
2. Text instructions and documents** added to the AI configuration (for example service descriptions, common questions and answers, usage rules).
3. Website URLs so the AI can reference public pages such as your FAQ or documentation.
Once this content is added, the AI automatically uses it as context when answering customer questions. No manual model training is required.
Setup time is typically very short: Adding initial content usually takes 10–30 minutes, depending on how much information you want to include. The AI becomes usable immediately after savingthe configuration. You can continuously refine or expand the knowledge base at any time, and changes take effect right away.
If you already have FAQs or documentation prepared, onboarding is usually completed in a single session.
