A: Hi there,

Yes you can do that but this is a chat / ticket app and so your employees will have to use the chat widget or tickets are to search for things.

If one exceeds the message per month limit that is on the tier they purchased, can there be an automatic process that charges for overages? How much cost for overages? Can it revert back to the AppSumo tier plan for the following month in case that next month does not get overages?
My use cases are 1) Allow customers to use a widget to get answers which will be trained by PDF documents or web pages i provide. This will be a knowledgeable and not Ai chatbot. 2) If an agent is required by the customer then a human will answer and reply. 3) knowledgeable is written by humans - not made by Ai In my use case where would OpenAi come into play? I want to avoid variable costs.
Are apps available? If not is it on your to do list?
