Hi, let's say the AI bot provides some answers, then human takes over, can the human handover back to AI, will ai have memory and context - for that client ( they are logged in the main platform (WordPress membership site ? Can the user ask to be transfer back to the human agent and then handed back to AI bot if appropriate ? I had a question regarding branding and the white label functionality. According to your website it says the following: "The AppSumo (cloud) version of Support Board offers a paid white-label option, meaning white-label is not automatically included but can be added by purchasing that option. In contrast, the PHP and WordPress self-hosted versions are completely white-label out of the box with full source code access. The SaaS and Reseller versions are fully white-label, with the SaaS version also providing source code access. So, white-label is not included for free on the AppSumo (cloud) version, but you can add it via a paid option." Can you please confirm that white label is in fact included in the AppSumo version and not a paid add-on? There is no "Powered by Support Board" branding or similar?
