Q: Hi, I have 2 questions 1.

What does the limit cover? Is it the entire message we can send or the AI Message? Would we need our key to increase the message? Otherwise, how can we increase the 200,000 limit?
2. What does the white-label cover? If I give work with my clients, will they see the Support Board backend?

A: 1. All messages are counted, including bot messages. You need your OpenAI key anyway, but that is not related to the message count. The message count will apply also with your key. To increase the limit you have to either buy the PHP or WP version or buy a standard membership.
