After the deal reach the limits, your users will still be able to use the chat and send you messages, but you will not be able to access the admin conversations area to reply to them.
With this deal, you can show the chat on all 2 websites and manage them from 1 global admin area.

Hi, one more question :
l have created my first Chat bot (yey!) and connected Messenger successfully,
and l am stuck with setting up email piping,
can l use the same email used to register on Support Board
for email piping?
My business email is Outlook / Office based
and l can not figure it out, this is what l used :
smtp.office365.com
username : my business email l want to forward received emails from to Support Board
(it is the same one used to register on your platform)
password : my email password
port : 587
sender email : l put the same email
sender name : l used a nick name
email piping :
host : outlook.office365.com
username : my business email (same as the above)
password : my email password
port : 993
Can you please let me know what l am doing wrong?
When creating the Chat bot l had to use a Gmail account,
maybe that is where the disconnection is?

Great! I think the problem is your email, Microsoft 360 is a personal email, and they also have extra security measures. Try to click the button Synchronize now and let me know the error message.

Unfortunately, I can not help you much more with this because it's something not related to the product but to your email provider, it is blocking the access to Support Board. You have disabled the security and made other adjustments, see https://forum.osticket.com/d/100724-m365-can-not-authenticate-to-imap-server-authenticate-failed/3 for more details. You can also contact the Microsoft support.
By private I mean an email provider that is not built to be connected to professional web tools like Support Board. I advise using another email, like an email from your website domain.

l found some settings on forwarding emails,
as well as Exchange,
l will reach out to them as you said.
This email was bought on GoDaddy
and is created from my website domain.

and switch to Google Workspace,
then follow your guide on setting up the Apps pass
and it worked!

Ok thanks. GoDaddy must solve the issue or provide another email provider.
Gmail is another private email provider, and it should not be used for email piping. Like Microfost it has extra security measures that must be disabled:
For Google Gmail and Google Workspace emails, you need to replace your Google password with a Google app password, details on https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833 (Create & use App Passwords section). Enter imap.gmail.com as host and 993 as port.
Forwarding emails should work.
