What is difference between this deal and Codecanyon version? I need to have Wordpress solution (if possible with Envato API and EDD integration or the possibility to do this with own code, so I need some hooks and filters) with Ticket system and chat + learning AI for documentation site

The Cloud/AppSumo version is ready-to-use and we handle all the management. However, please note that all your data is stored on our server and there are minimal customization options available. On the other hand, the self-hosted version requires installation, but you will have complete control over everything, also, there are no message or agent limitations, and no character limitations for the chatbot training.
if you need Envato API and EDD integration you have to buy the $59 WP version + $39 WooCommerce App. For AI you need the $29 Artificial Intelligence app, for tickets, you need the $19 tickets app.
