Q: How many chatbots can we make on tier 4?
Your literature doesn't make it clear how many chatbots you can make on tier 4 but indicates that you can only create 1. Is that correct?

Apr 18, 2025A: You can create only one OpenAI chatbot that is trained via Support Board, but you can create unlimited OpenAI Assistant chatbots(see https://board.support/docs/#open-ai-assistant for more details). Each assistant can be linked to a different department.
