In case AI is not able to answer, how the helpdesk person is notified to start the conversation?
If I integrate the bot with WhatsApp or Facebook, will I get a ring or notification?
2. If it is possible, shall the operator answer the question from the mobile phone
3. If everything is possible in 1 and 2, shall I pay you to setup the bot for our website?
4. I understood from the Q/A, that I need to purchase AppSumo codes from a separate account if I want to use your bot on 2 websites (though with the similar content)
