Q: I cannot even ask for help without an Envato Purchase Code.

I have no idea what that is and I did not realize there was an ongoing expense with this. If I do not have a Word Press website, will this even work?

Hello. Could you please let me know what type of custom fields are available for tickets and users? I have two use cases: 1) I'd like to allow users to be able to select from a dropdown when creating a ticket. 2) I'd like to be able to organise users in the back end by choosing selections from a custom field.
