Q: I have 3 questions, trying to make a decision on this software!
I would like to know is this only for WordPress, will it work on Groove pages? Next question will you ever have google calender integration in the roadmap? Last question will you ever have screen share capabilities in the roadmap for live agent customer takeover sorta like consolto features? To me support board seems a little like Webwiz with the added bonus of having a live agents takeover which is something that really peek my interest. It would be cool if the chatbot could update and find gaps in your information for better customer service like Answerly. Plus Google calendar integration for scheduling an appointment or callback from the website.... along with a sprinkle of those consolto features and this would be a steal for me. I like Consolto but they don't have the chatbot feature which means all call will go to live agents without a buildup of customer rapport through basic conversation from already posted website knowledge base. The build up for customer rapport is very important because it creates an environment where most questions to live agents can be more direct and more likely lead to a sale as most of the easy questions to make a decision have already been answered by the chatbot! I haven't purchased yet, just reading the information of what this product has to offer which might just lead to a sale . So far I like the idea, Cool beans! Would be cooler with the mentioned upgrades, what do you think?

May 15, 2024A: Hi sorry but we have no plans for Google calendar or screen share. This is not a WordPress software and it will work on all websites and Web based apps.
Mind that there is the calendly integration for booking appointments.
