Jul 4, 2024A: Hi, I do not think so. Your Optin form is not related in anyway to Support Board so you need to write a custom code with API to make it works with Support Board.
To provide a chatbot for your clients, your clients must send a message in the Support Board chat widget or via other connected channels (e.g. email, WhatsApp...)
