It doesn't seem like we can create separate accounts for clients and use this within our agency unless we go through your SaaS or reseller options. My understanding of white label is that we could offer your product under our branding to our clients. So is white label just renaming the product, without client use, unless we go SaaS/reseller? I have two use cases: 1) I'd like to allow users to be able to select from a dropdown when creating a ticket. 2) I'd like to be able to organise users in the back end by choosing selections from a custom field.
