Q: Knowledge Bases
I have a few questions about the Knowledge Base:
1. Can you set up multiple knowledge bases?
2. What limitations does each knowledge base have?
3. Can I assign a distinct knowledge base specifically to one website so that only information from that knowledge base is used in this chat?
4. Is it guaranteed that the user cannot select another knowledge base via the chat, as is apparently the case with the departments (It is quite useful for the departments.)?
