Q: Limits and multiple websites
Hi,
Are there any limits on training and messages for each plan?
We have several webshops. Can one Support Board account be used across these, or do we need to purchase separate plans for each shop?

1. Yes, please see the plans details for details about training and messages limits.
2. Yes you can do that but the admin area, agents / users, chat, conversations, etc. will be one and global for all you shops. You can isolate part of the environment (conversations, users / agents, some setting) and make it different for each shop via department and automations. You can create only one OpenAI chatbot that is trained via Support Board, but you can create unlimited OpenAI Assistant chatbots(see https://board.support/docs/#open-ai-assistant for more details). Each assistant can be linked to a different department.
