Hi there.
I have a few questions..
1) What happens when I reach monthly message limit? What do customers see?
2) What counts as a 'message'? a conversation thread or every single message in a conversation?
3) Can we use Claude instead of openAI?
4) Is there a stand-alone knowledge base? or is it only available within chat?

1. Customers do not see it. You will be blocked from accessing the admin are and replying to customers, but customers will still see the chat and they will be still be able to send messages.
2. Every single message in a conversation counts as a message for quota purposes.
