Q: Mobile App? Answer via Whatsapp?
Hi, can I have visitor questions sent to my own Whatsapp and reply from there?
(or are these integrations only for visitors?)
Or is there a mobile app via which I can reply to questions on the go?

I asked regarding an app, not if it can be used on the mobile browser, which crucially wouldn't have any notifications, right?

are you referring to using OneSignal to somehow get notifications via that app?
I don't see an actual support board app in the IOS appstore, and you yourself sent me some documentation link, so not sure why you would claim it's an app?
