O_GQ: Multi-Site AI Isolation, WordPress & GDPR
Hi! We operate WordPress/WooCommerce websites plus several new web projects, all owned by one company.
1. Can one AppSumo account serve all domains with separate AI knowledge bases, prompts and chat histories per site, without custom coding?
2. Can agents filter tickets by website and assign different departments?
3. Does the Cloud plan support WooCommerce orders, logged-in users and membership data, directly or via API?
4. Where is customer data hosted? Do you provide a GDPR DPA and EU data residency?
5. Is automatic website retraining daily or limited to once every 7 days on Cloud?
6. Can we later migrate the entire Cloud account to your self-hosted WordPress/PHP version, including tickets and conversation history?
7. What about languages? Does it work with WPML?

An single account is for one business or client only.
1. You can create and train only one chatbot inside a single account, but you can connect unlimited OpenAI Chats (see https://board.support/docs/#open-ai-chats for more details). Each OpenAI Chat can be linked to a different department (and so website or individual page). For more details about departments see https://board.support/docs/#departments.
2. Yes
3. No. You need the WordPress version and the WooCommerce addon for that.
4. AWS servers in London, UK
5. For the AppSumo version, the cron job can be executed at most once every 7 days
6. Yes but additional costs apply (50USD) and attachments may be lost (or additional costs apply).
7. Yes it works with WPML.
