Q: Overages
If one exceeds the message per month limit that is on the tier they purchased, can there be an automatic process that charges for overages? How much cost for overages? Can it revert back to the AppSumo tier plan for the following month in case that next month does not get overages?

Unfortunately, that feature isn’t available. If you reach your quota, you’ll need to either wait until next month or upgrade to a higher plan.
Please note that users will still be able to send messages even if the quota is exceeded, but you won’t be able to reply.

That's not good. If you're serving dozens of customers with chatbots and you exceed your limit, you will get ALL of them angry at you at once.
All AppSumo Tiers are for 1 customer only. Regards
