Q: Reminders? DFY Setup?
Hi, does it support reminders for tickets?
I read from some users that support is a bit complicated, can you help me get up and running migrate from Crisp for a fee?

We can help you migrating it for a fee but I'm not sure all the features of Crisp are also available in Support Board. Regards
