Q: 📩 Support Board – Plan 4
I’m considering Plan 4 (Lifetime – 4 Codes) and I would like to clarify a few points to fully understand how the limits work before purchasing.
1️⃣ Message Limit & Agents
The plan includes 200,000 messages per month with Unlimited agents.
If I create 10 agents, will the 200,000 monthly messages be:
✅ Shared across all agents combined, or
❓ Allocated separately per agent (200,000 messages per agent)?
Please confirm how the message quota is calculated when multiple agents are active.

The quota is global and one only for all agents. Also mind that Plan 4 is for one client/business only.
