Hi, I have sent support messages twice but I havent received any replies so im trying again here.
The chat bot works great took some time but works well.
The support docs are great for php version but for cloud i'm having a hard time applying the instructions and solving any issues im facing.

The issues I am facing as of now is:
1-I have added user registration, but when the users logins it gets stuck on the login page and can't proceed unless the page is reloaded.
2- I have selected the option to display for both users and agent, but the username in chat displays only for the agent.
3- How can it be set up so the user can just add their username and email without password before intiating the chat, or just entering their username without email or password?
