Q: What happened to lifetime access?

I logged in and it says my plan was cancelled and I needed to pay for one of their plans. This was a scam if my access is not reactivated.

Q: I bought this a year ago and I had to pause my efforts on a shop.

I just logged back in and it says my account has expired and been canceled?!? What's the deal? Is this not a lifetime purchase??

Q: I bought this on Last Call because it said it would allow us to switch tiers after it had ended.

Now, after buying it, it does not allow us to switch tiers after Last Call ended. Why did I buy this if I can't upgrade to a higher tier?

Q: This deal looks sick!

I've been looking for a reason to leave Shopify.
On your website you have "international pricing" listed under the "Standard" plan and in Appsumo you mention "Unlimited currencies" and "managing content, pricing, and discounts for multiple customer groups at once." but I'm not sure if that's the same as international pricing?

I sell mostly to USA and Canada and ideally, I would love to be able to SET the price for each market based on where they are shopping from.

Sorry if this question has been asked before. Could not find answer. Is the annual revenue based on USD? If I use Mexican pesos for my currency in the store, is the total revenue for the plan converted to USD and then counted towards the total?

But the low revenue cap makes this offer little unattractive. Is not free ecwid much better than the paid swell? Can you please enlighten?

🌮**Number of stores-per-tier**

🚨On whether multiple domains can be connected to your store; since Swell is a headless, API-first platform, you can connect as many sites and domains as you want to your Swell backend.

🌮 **Payment gateways**

We're currently evaluating several new payment gateways and integrations, based on feedback receive.

🌮**Other integrations**

Similar to payment integrations, we're continually adding on new integrations and have received some excellent feedback. Keep an eye on our forum and changelogs for updates. Affiliate management has also been a popular request. We certainly see the potential benefits and are currently evaluating several features and integrations

🌮**Digital product and fulfillment**

Digital products are an important part of Swell. Though we don't yet offer a dedicated fulfillment feature, our merchants manage and fulfill digital products in various ways, from emailing links to custom landing pages. Integration with a platform like Zapier can also be helpful for this type of use case.

🌮**Revenue limits**

- Since coupons and promotions are discounted from the order total, they're not considered as revenue. For example, if you sell a product for $100 and add a $20 coupon, the revenue is counted as $80.

- Also, if an order is canceled later after being paid, it won't be counted toward your annual revenue tier.

- Once you reach the limit within a 12 month period, Swell will automatically invoice you for the amount over the limit at 1% in a given month, but there will be no disruption to your service.

- You will always have the revenue limits listed in the deal, and access to all features available to users at this time.

Q: I don't see an option on your website to ASK A QUESTION or CONTACT someone.......

that's a big deal....

Some companies like Shopify have a way to integrate Etsy into the storefront. So you can see the Etsy items on your store as if they are just on your store... I'm curious if you have or will have this integration. I don't want to run two stores, but Etsy brings in a lot of people.

A: Advance user permission is only available for enterprise plans. The available Appsumo plans are mirrored to our current Standard plan with some modification with the number of user and with the revenue limit.

Yes, the Stripe fee is a separate fee. All valid payments (even manual payments) are considered as revenue and will be added to your revenue limits.
