On the 24 app slots (Tier 5): Slots are not fixed. If you delete an app, the slot frees up and you can create a new one in its place. So you're never permanently locked into your first 24 choices. Experiment freely.

On the 300 monthly push notifications: That's 300 per app per month, not per user. So if your app has 5,000 users, you can send up to 300 broadcasts (one push to all 5,000 users counts as 1). In practice, that's around 10 per day, which is well above what most apps send. The cap is also a soft peak limit, not a hard wall. We rarely block customers who exceed it on a busy month.
