Q: (1) Will it work for multiple languages ?
...(2) Can i type a english shortcode and populate the reply answer with non english scripts like Chinese, Hindi, etc ... (3) Can i make non-english templates ? ... If not , Do you plan to make such features ?

2- Unfortunately, SwiftReply won't translate the original content of your canned response.
3- Yes. All languages are supported.
