What other limitations does this offer have in relation to the All in One version on https://amwork.com/pricing ?

You should check it out, but people shouldn't abuse the fact that they have more storage.

5GB per user is very little, and the prices for storage are constantly decreasing and there are ways to lower it.

But the disk space is small.
