Q: HI good looking app A few questions 1.
Are RTL and Hebrew language avaible? I don`t mean the admin area or menus I mean the text.
2. Can I create sub-groups / subfolders
3. Can snippets be images/gif`s/videos?
4. If I use a variable on the snippet more than once (from example name) will this populate all the places where that name should appear?

2- No. You can create unlimited workspaces.

300 Canned Responses for the Tier 1, but you can go for tier 2 with Unlimited Canned Responses.

it is not as prety and not a polished as yours and I like to try new products and support new conpanies but 300 is too low and $99 us too high...
All features are unlimited, the only limitation is canned response numbers.
