I invested in this as I have use cases later down the line, looks great, but the logic system in the back end is awful, terminology confusing and zero customer support when you ask very important questions.

1) I need to edit my own brand page, you never replied to say what I can or cannot do, guys it cannot be hard to give me access to this and allow basic edits.
2) Deleting subscriptions is impossible
3) Menu system is one of the worse I have ever seen, all parts are poor.

As a person who works in live streaming/broadcasting, I have a fair share of experience with multistreaming platforms. I know Switchboard is trying to market themselves differently with their unique feature StreamShare but I can't help compare the leading multistream platform out there.

What I Love!
1. Streaming destination
They have 10 important streaming destinations + RTMP. Restream has 36 & Castr has 35. But as long as your destination support RTMP these numbers don't really matter.

2. Stream Server
They have 10 Stream Server, they covered 5 out of 7 continents they are missing South Africa. Comparing to Restream (26) and Castr (15)

3. Templates
I really love this feature, no more daily Copy/Paste just to update the Title of the Live Streaming for the day.

4. Workflow
Currently, I have 8 Restream and 5 Castr accounts because each live stream needs a different encoder input, none of the two has this feature. This feature would greatly help me manage 10 live stream programs in just one account.

5. Workspace
With 5 codes you can easily resell up to 10 programs. Alternatively, this is also helpful in creating 10 teams so they'll have limited access to their own live streaming and destination (authentication). Like #4, as the "Admin" of our company, I can easily manage all teams without switching accounts.

6. 2FA
Just added security for admin. For paranoid users like me.

7. No Switchboard branding
At 35/mo (regular price) there's no branding compared to Restream's $49/mo

8. Automatic Title & Description Update
No more going to each destination to update the title & description, you can update it right on your Switchboard.

What I don't like:
1. UI... for some reason UI seems to have a learning curve but actually, it's simple. It just that the way it is designed looks a bit confusing but actually is not.

2. No Automatic Live Stream (In the Roadmap)
Currently, you have to "Go Live" in your encoder go to Switchboard, and press "Go Live" in order to start the live stream.

My Wishlist:

1. Unified chat
Make this available and you can compete with other platforms!

2. Automatic Live Stream
See I don't like #2

2. Streaming Recording
This is useful as a redundancy, just in case users forgot to record from their Encoder.

3. Backup RTMP (Failsafe)
It's good to have a failsafe or backup RTMP input just in case the primary RTMP connection got disconnected.

4. RTMP Pull Link
Similar to StreamShare but the user doesn't need to have a Switchboard account in order to have a secured source of RTMP so they could broadcast your live stream in theirs.

6. RTMP Source
Opposite of #5 no need for an encoder, just get the RTMP link from the broadcaster so you could stream their broadcast as well.

7. Stream pre-recorded videos

8. Schedule a live stream of recorded videos

I have some suggestions when it comes to their monthly pricing and feature, but due to the character limit, I have to end here.

I bought 1 code at first. I tried it out and bought 3 more codes. And today the last one and I have the full pot. :)

I use with OBS, Larix and Restream.io everything works great.

One time while multistreaming a 4 hour conference, 1 stream on Youtube got disconnected, it could be related to the internet connection because the bandwidth dropped dramatically for a while, but the other 4 facebook channels streamed without a problem.

It is possible to attach a logo to the stream but you have to write to the support. It should be a standard option.

Unfortunately Switchboard lacks a core functionality (at least for me): it does not collect aggregated chat messages in the encoder from the people attending the live stream(s). Please let me know whether this feature is on your to-do list or not, otherwise I will ask Appsumo for my money back. Thanks.

I bought 1 code and have been enjoying Switchboard so far, but there are a few things holding me back from getting the other 4 codes.

1. Embeddable player. When will it come out and what does the billing look like for that? If I get that then I am committing!
2. Simulated live streaming. The ability to upload a video to stream out at a scheduled time would be gold.
3. Unified chat. Although less important to me, this is another feature that is keeping me from the stack and fully committing.
4. Roadmap. I know they say this is coming, but I can't buy on "coming soon".

Other than that, I am loving Switchboard and hope to learn more about the above points before the deal ends.

Hi! I bought Switchboard to be able to stream from various video software I use like EcammLive and also VMix and find Switchboard simple and convenient. It does what it is meant to do and I can easily switch between my inputs and stream to my social media.

I stacked 5 codes because this deal has an awesome value, a great future and it’s an excellent fit for my workflow. I usually rent streaming equipment for musicians and Facebook TV Shows to stream concerts, questions & answers with fans, news shows, etc.. With this deal i can complement my rental services with also software rental and offer a variety of plans to stream to multiple destinations and with multiple sources. Thank you Switchboard team!

We grabbed 5 codes. Sure, it's a really established tool, with a lot of unique features that are ideal for people who stream a lot of content. But we bought it for one killer feature: Stream Share. We regularly host guests on livestreams (typically FB Live), so being able to have our guests ALSO stream it to their audience at the same time is awesome.

I'm a total novice when it comes to live streaming content on social media, but this app makes it easy. I really like that I can take pre-recorded video sitting on my computer and push it out to many destinations as a "live" feed. All my followers get notifications that I am going live and I get a ton more eyeballs on my content. I look forward to trying out StreamShare and trying to get one of my videos to go viral!!

I purchased 5 codes even though I already have used similar things like Restream, OneStream, etc. because the biggest unique advantage is using Streamshare to exponentially leverage your visibility by having others automatically share your live streams easily. REASONS TO GET THIS: #1-Streamshare is the most powerful part. #2-plenty of source input choices. #3-customize your own templates. #4-tons of destinations. #5-the freedom to do everything you'll need by getting 5 codes. Don't hesitate. Get it before it's gone and you regret missing out.

I previously used restream.io for the multicasting of my life streams but once seeing this deal on switchboard I decided to give it a try and see if it could replace my restream workflow. After purchasing the software and trying it out it works very well and even exceeded my expectations.
Most people will compare this with restream and as someone who uses both, I feel like this one is much more flexible and having different workflows, each with a unique stream key is amazing. I work with different switchers and software and being able to have my stream destinations set based on my workflow is a huge bonus. This is a great product that I intend to use with all of my livestreaming.

Switchboard is the very solution we've been seeking.

We're combining Switchboard with Switcher Studio. The combination will allow us to capture a wider audience.

I was using till now ReStream.io - but as Switchboard is offering mutliple inputs (plus some other features) I have also now taken a Switchboard account.

I think this is a very good offer, especially, if you are doing regullary livestreamings, with multiple destinations - especially in parallel - involved.

I am just starting to use the tool and I like the work you are doing.

It is an excellent idea and I hope that in the future they will add many more features, although the ones that are there now work quite well.

It would be great if they added integrated chat functionality in the future.

I have played around with Switchboard and I have to say, I am really happy I got this deal! Of course, I got maximum number of codes and already made use of it.

The UX is not flashy or sparkly but it does exactly what it is supposed to do!
It really gets the job done and the fact that you can broadcast to so many outlets is super awesome!

I really love it and it is a great replacement for other similar services!

Get it while you can!

This was an easy one for me. Gone are the days of simply reposting texts or images, being able to multistream live video has now become an essential capability to leverage today for many kinds of businesses and nonprofits. Having a lifetime deal on such a capability is a no-brainer, especially with one of the recognized leaders in the field.

The interface is intuitive and just works. Was able to set stuff up literally in a few minutes. The speeds are fast, and I can't wait to try to Streamshare feature which is a brilliant idea.

The one thing that I found strange and in need of improvement is that setting up your branded Streamshare page requires you to fill a Google Form instead of having some sort of easy page-builder setup where you can edit the basics of your page on your own that you can access from your account page rather than searching through your emails for the link to that Google form. It would be nice if you could also have that page under your own custom domain.

I hope those things are on the roadmap.

Other than that, the service works well, and I'm a happy customer.

I have only used the product a couple of times so far and it works great I am streaming simultaneously to Twitch and MixCloud and I did not have any issues. I like the fact that we have many options for destinations.
I specially like the possibility to have separate destination groups, in my case I produce two different shows and I can have 2 different groups setup for each of my shows, so in my streaming software I only have to select the one of the 2 switchboard destinations depending on the show I will be streaming.
I am giving 4 tacos only because a feature to consolidate comments from all the destinations in one place is not available. Hopefully it is in the roadmap.
