A: Yes, you can easily turn off gamification features if they do not fit your business culture.

Every feature is fully optional, so you can keep the project management, attendance, and WhatsApp notifications while disabling leaderboards, XP, and badges.

You can go to "Settings" → "Points & Leaderboards"

Then you can choose how to customize it!
