1. Regarding communication via WhatsApp, does it have to be WhatsApp Business or can it be a personal WhatsApp?
2. Regarding attachments, is there any limitation for sending them?

1. WhatsApp setup
Great question! Your personal WhatsApp works perfectly, so no WhatsApp Business account is needed. 🙌
Just verify your number in Settings → Notification Preferences. You’ll then get alerts and can chat with our AI agent through Syncupp’s official WhatsApp number.
2. File attachments
Thanks for asking! You can attach up to 10 files at a time, each up to 100 MB. All common formats work, including PDFs, Office docs, images, videos, ZIPs and more. 📎
