We really regret that we had not tried this tool in time before the refund period had expired.
We cannot use this tool, partly because it does not contain our language (Danish) and thus also not our exchange rate (DKK).
For these two points alone, this is completely useless to us.
In addition, TactfulAI doesn't even keep what they promise about the communication channels that MO writes about all the way back, to September 11, 2021 – quote:
👉 All of the following channels are part of the deal in all tiers: - Webchat - Facebook Messenger - Facebook Comments - WhatsApp - Email - Instagram - iOS/Android SDK - Twitter - SMS
Of this otherwise promising list, only Facebook, WebChat and Email are available.
And in our account, we see that “Monthly Whatsapp Customers” are already exhausted with 100% spent? And that's without us setting up the WatsApp channel. This must be a bug.
Conclusion: In the AppSumo presentation (and video), this all-in-one, AI-powered omnichannel customer support platform looked absolutely stunning. Therefore, unfortunately, we thought that it was just the right thing for us, but unfortunately not:
I’ve purchased a Tier2 license to no avail, which for the above reasons – mostly due to the language limitation – we can't use for anything.
So now we just regret that we didn't get to test the tool before the refund period expired.
Sorry to say, but this tool is not usable. Bad GUI, always a preloading screen with every link you click. The platform is so slow, it's really annoying to work with it. Lot's of bugs, support needs at least a week to respond to a simple email. The idea is great, but this really needs so much improvement just in order to work. I don't see, the tier 3 is worth almost $8.5k for a platform that is not ready to use. This was my first refund ever on Appsumo with more than 80+ great deals.

I had troubles onboarding. I created a workspace and when clicked on the workspace I got the message "workspace maxed-out". I sent an email to support on 5th Jan, Im yet to receive an reply after 5 days today. I booked for a demo on 5th Jan got a reply on same day and I sent few dates for demo date/ time and no reply to my response after 5 days too from their account manager. Quite disappointing. I've been ghosted out on their dashboard and by their support.
I have purchased "License Tier 3" for Tactful. Sorry guys I have to get a refund.

I have moved on from another chatbot solution, and I was referred to Tactful. After taking a look at their website, I have to say I am quite impressed with how organized and detailed their site was! Fast-forward, I decided to purchase Tactful on AppSumo and give it a whirl! Firstly, I highly suggest newcomers to sign up for their webinar to get a good overview of the product itself.
They have a good number of resources to help set up too, though it will take me some time to get used to it. Based on my experience so far, I am quite pleased with the platform workflow and processes. Tactful has potential to grow even bigger!

Promised Features are not enables and the support unfortunately does not reply to my tickets on their chatbot, and the onboarding process is not ordered as well as the repeated things or input field elements in the interface, this is really strange, and I expected full access and not to upgrade anything I've been promised to get access to, so i am going to refund this deal now.

Hello Mohammad, I'm sorry you had that experience, we were deploying the new features that period & experiencing a rush of requests from users. Now the system is more stable than before.
Now AppSumo users can benefit from the new email channel as well as Webchat, Facebook Messenger & Comments.
We are planning to release the WhatsApp channel this quarter "Q1 2022" and will continue delivering...
